To encourage people to work together in new ways to solve big problems or experiment with ideas, even new technology, HealthStream began this program in 2015. 

Each time the we did Innovation Days I pitched a problem to solve, recruited a team, and lead them as far as we could. A number of my teams placed in third or second place or won special recognition awards during End Games.
